Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
One-time purchase. Pay once and use the app forever on up to two devices. No subscription, no renewal fee, no expiry date. Future updates are included for free.
How is the license activated?
After purchase you will receive a license key by email. Open LMN Site Monitor Premium, enter the key in the activation screen and you are done. Activation requires an internet connection for verification. You can deactivate the license at any time from the app settings to move it to another machine.
Does it include all features of the free version?
Yes, absolutely. LMN Site Monitor Premium contains every feature of the free version — uptime monitoring, SSL/domain expiry, email alerts, malware scanning, WHOIS lookup, performance charts, CSV import/export and 16 languages — plus all the premium features listed above.
What happens if I reinstall or change computers?
Simply deactivate the license in the app settings before reinstalling or switching machines. Then activate it again with the same key on the new installation. Your license key does not expire and is reusable.
Is there a refund policy?

What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). Approximately 150 MB of disk space and a standard internet connection. macOS and Linux versions are planned for a future release.
Can I try the app before buying?
Yes. The free version is fully functional and includes all the core monitoring features. If you find you need SSH, file transfers or the other premium capabilities, you can upgrade at any time.
Does the app require an internet connection to run?
An internet connection is required to monitor sites and to activate the license. Beyond that, all data is stored locally on your machine — no cloud accounts, no telemetry, no external server needed.
